Canberra

Parliament House - CanberraCanberra is the capital city of Australia and is located three hours drive from Sydney.

Canberra has a population of approximately 315,000 and is home to the Australian Government. Most of the nation's most important monuments and buildings are located in Canberra along with two major universities; the University of Canberra and the Australian National University.

There are many things to do and see in Canberra, with many of the main attractions located around Canberra’s famous Lake Burley Griffin. Attractions include:

  • Parliament House;
  • Old Parliament House;
  • National Library of Australia;
  • High Court of Australia;
  • National Capital Exhibition, and
  • Australian War Memorial

Sydney

Circular Quay - SydneySydney is the largest city in Australia with over 4 million people. Sydney is one of the most popular destinations for international visitors.

There are people from 180 nations, speaking 140 languages, making Sydney one of the most multicultural cities in the world.

The city is spread over a large area and has a world-famous harbour, beautiful beaches and interesting things to do. Most of Sydney 's 37 beaches are situated within 30 minutes of the city centre by public transport.

Wollongong

City Beach - WollongongWollongong has a population of approximately 220,000 people and is situated 80 kilometres south of Sydney.

The Wollongong coastline offers 17 surf beaches and all beaches are in easy walking distance from the city.
